Subscription Orders
At Cleardrop®, some products are available on a subscription basis, allowing you to receive regular deliveries of your items. The frequency and duration of these deliveries are determined by your subscription preferences.
Your payment details will be securely stored, and you'll be billed automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. If your subscription is set to auto-renew at the end of its term, you can cancel at any time before renewal to prevent further charges.
To manage or cancel your subscription, simply use the links in your order confirmation emails. You can update or modify your subscription preferences from there. For more information on returns and refunds, please refer to our returns policy.

Pre-Orders
When you order a pre-order item from Cleardrop®, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock but will be available soon. Depending on the situation, we may collect a partial payment at checkout, store your payment details securely, and complete the transaction once the product is available.
If you decide to cancel your pre-order before it is fulfilled, you may do so. However, if the item has already been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled, but you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. For more information on returns and refunds, please check our returns policy.

Try Before You Buy
Cleardrop® offers a 'Try Before You Buy' service for selected items. When you place an order under this service, we will authorize your payment method but will not charge you until the trial period ends. You will have a specified time to try the product and decide if you want to keep it. If you don't return the product within the given period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount of the item.
